Rohini Rebello-D’Souza
Principal
With comprehensive expertise in business planning, customer relationship development, commercialization, and product management, Rohini can appreciate the nuances of the entire process as well as intricate client needs. She is a deliberate listener with a keen attention to detail and a proven ability to translate clear, effective outcomes.

Rohini’s rich experience — more than 20 years in start ups and publicly traded companies — has made her adept in guiding clients from initial concept to sustained market success.
Rohini holds a B.A. in Economics (St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India), a B.S. in Business Administration (Ithaca College, NY), and an M.B.A. (Hult International Business School).
Beyond the office, she maintains an ever-growing reading list that reflects her passion for learning. At the center of her life are her family and community. Rohini cherishes her husband, son, and dog (“my boys!”) who happily join in her loud and ardent love of sports and her fierce advocacy for women’s rights.
Andre D’Souza
Principal
With over 25 years of experience in medical device and product development, Andre is an experienced systems leader with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex regulatory environments. He specializes in verification & validation, design controls, and bringing innovative products from concept to market.

Andre’ expertise spans multiple regulatory frameworks (21 CFR 820, ISO-13485, IEC standards) and includes successful IDE and 510(k) submissions. Andre has held senior technical and leadership roles at cutting-edge medical device companies including EndoQuest Robotics, HistoSonics, and Verb Surgical. He holds an M.S. in Engineering from Oakland University and B.S. degrees in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
When he's not guiding innovators through regulatory pathways, Andre can be found perfecting his espresso technique, following his son's adventures in crew and snowboarding, or cooking up Asian-inspired dishes for family and friends.
